Red Tour is a fun and autonomous way of getting around, at your own pace, with orientation and local information to the best amenities and historical places, using electric vehicles (buggies & Segways) with a talking GPS Audio Guide. A genuine experience with insight to places not typically seen on tourist circuits, such as popular local favourites. An easy and simple way of renting a vehicle for just 1 hour or more. The traveller may either rent our vehicles to visit the city or use our GPS audio guide.

Why Should Travellers use Lisbon Tours?

Lisbon, is an irregular city, getting around can be a bit of a challenge, and most of the main attractions are pretty spread out. They may appear close to one another on a map when they're actually on different levels. It takes time to cover places and the walk can be very steep and uncomfortable. We want to help travellers to get closer to the sights than a bus would, such as narrow streets and other hidden gems. Our buggies are very easy and fun to drive.

The traveller may either rent our vehicles to visit the city without audio or do one of our self guided tours, using our GPS audio guide. An easy and simple way of renting a vehicle for just 1 hour or more.

Self guided Lisbon tours - How does it work?

You just have to follow our talking GPS Audio Guide’s directions and enjoy your chosen tour. The car will show you the way and tell you everything about historical Lisbon.

Our tours are self guided which means travellers have the freedom to drive themselves the vehicles at their own pace but we can also arrange a driver if requested in advance.

Available self guided tours

1. Old Lisbon (1h approximately, depending on traffic conditions)
2. Belém – The Golden age of Discoveries (90 mins approx.,)(buggy of 4 seats only)
3. Lisbon “Soho Style”(chiado & Principe Real), (1h approx.,)

Tour Duration

The client can do a tour in as quickly as 1 hour or take longer if he wishes to stop along the way, for lunch or simply for visiting a museum. Our vehicles are fun and easy to drive.

Children

We have children’s seats for the buggies (4 years old) (must reserve to make sure is available)

Types of vehicles

• Seven buggies of 4 places (total 28 seats)
• Three buggies of 2 places (total 6 seats)

Rather than conventional doors, our buggies feature wide openings on the body sides providing a great feeling of total freedom, very much open to the outside world. The 2 seats buggy only does the”Lisbon soho’s tour” and “Old Lisbon’s Tour” due to its limited autonomy. Our buggies are reassuring, and friendly, very simple to drive!
